About Sketch

The company

Sketch Solutions Private Limited was registered in Delhi in 2016 as a private limited company. It trades as Sketch and works from New Delhi.

Sketch builds custom enterprise software for governments, public sector undertakings and institutions: citizen portals, financial and ERP platforms, and IoT and operations systems. The platforms are built on a modern MERN stack, with the security and audit posture that public money requires: role-based access, maker and checker controls, append-only audit logs, exact financial arithmetic, and an independent CERT-In empanelled audit and VAPT where the buyer wants one.

Thirty-seven platforms have been built across eight domains. They are described on this site as capability, product by product, and never as a list of who uses them.

How the work is run

Every project begins with five written artefacts: the brief, the user flows, the wireframe, the flowchart and the master-data list. A project manager owns them and keeps them current from kickoff to hand-off. The data model is derived from the brief and is the truth the engineers build to, and change requests and a changelog are kept for every project. A project moves cleanly when its requirements are kept in one written place the whole team works from.

A proposal usually comes with a working prototype, on synthetic data, because a prototype shows whether the process was understood in a way a slide cannot.

What we hold to

Confident, precise, enterprise. We lead with outcomes, accuracy, transparency, liquidity and compliance, not with hype, and credibility comes from precision rather than superlatives. We state only what we can stand behind in front of the person who has to sign for it.

The newer line

The same method is now offered to owner-run businesses in Delhi NCR: the blueprint of one workflow first, then a platform shaped to it, then a retained team that keeps it aligned as the business changes.
