The standard we aim for

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA: readable text at every size, colour contrast that passes on the orange and ink used here, every page usable from a keyboard alone, headings in order, and a text description on every image that carries meaning. We say “aim for” rather than “conform to” because the site has not yet been through an independent audit or a full assistive-technology test, and we will not claim a result we have not measured.

What we know is incomplete

The site has not yet been tested with a screen reader end to end, and the Hindi text on the home page has not been checked with a Hindi-language screen reader. The 37 product pages carry a small illustration each, and the text descriptions on those illustrations are brief. There are no PDFs or videos on the site at present, so none has been tested. The date of the last review will be printed here once the first full review is done.

Reporting a problem

If any part of this site is hard to use, tell us at contact@sketchindia.co.in with the page address and what happened, and a person will reply within 7 working days with either a fix or a way to get the same information by phone or email. You are not expected to describe the problem in technical terms.
