Thirty minutes, and what you get from it

The first conversation is a structured read of one process as it runs today. It is not a presentation and it does not end with a price.

If you are an officer at a department, a PSU, an authority, a board or a utility: we walk the process from the first form to the last signature, name who touches it and where it breaks, and say which platform on this site is the closest fit and what it does not yet do. The next meeting shows a working prototype on synthetic data.

If you are at a bank and work with government and institutional customers: the same read, for the institution you have in mind, with the fit and the gaps stated plainly so that you can take a straight answer back. Commercials come later, in a proposal, not in this meeting.

If you run a business in Delhi NCR: we do not present at all. We come to your premises, walk one workflow with the people who run it until it reaches you or your accountant, and draw it on paper in front of you. At the end we offer the 30-day engagement for that workflow and ask for a start date.

What to bring

The form you start with, the register or spreadsheet the process ends in, and the person who runs it day to day. Nothing needs to be prepared beyond that.
