Privacy notice

Who this is from

This notice is issued by Sketch Solutions Private Limited, New Delhi, for the website sketchindia.co.in. It is written to the standard of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and its Rules, in plain language.

What we collect, and why

This site is a brochure. It has one contact form and a WhatsApp link, and that is all it collects through.

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, the organisation you belong to, a phone number or an email address, and your answers to the four questions about your process. We use this for one purpose only, to reply to you and to prepare for the meeting you asked for. We do not add you to any list and we do not send you anything you did not ask for.

If you tap the WhatsApp link, WhatsApp opens on your own phone and you decide what to send. Whatever you send reaches the Sketch WhatsApp number shown on the site.

Our hosting provider, Google Cloud (Mumbai region), keeps ordinary server logs (the address your request came from, the page requested, the time) for the purpose of keeping the site running and secure. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

What we do not collect

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixel and no chat widget. There is nothing to consent to on arrival, so there is no cookie banner. If that changes, this notice will change first and you will be asked before anything is set.

Submitting the form is the affirmative act by which you agree to us using your details to reply to you. Nothing is bundled with it. If you would like us to contact you on WhatsApp rather than by email, there is a separate box for that; it is not ticked unless you tick it.

How long we keep it

We keep a form submission for as long as the conversation it started is open, and for 12 months after our last contact with you, in case you come back. After that it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which forwards each submission to our email and does not keep it beyond delivery; the email then sits in Sketch’s own mailbox. If you would rather not use a delivery service, use WhatsApp or email instead of the form. We do not sell, share or pass your details to anyone else.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. You may withdraw consent at any time, and doing so is as easy as giving it: one message. We will answer a request within 7 working days, and never later than the period the Rules allow.

Complaints

Write first to our grievance contact: contact@sketchindia.co.in. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes

This notice was last changed on 16 September 2026. The current version is always the one on this page.
