What it does

An employee marks attendance with a face or voice punch on a phone, and the punch counts only inside the location set for that person. Leave is applied for in the app and approved by the department head, tasks are allocated and tracked in the same place, and the head of the organisation reads attendance, leave and workload figures without a register.

Who uses it

Employees mark attendance, apply for leave and receive their tasks. HR registers each employee and looks after attendance and leave. Department heads review attendance, approve leave and allocate tasks, and the senior administrator monitors the whole operation.

How it runs

HR registers each employee with the biometric data, the employee punches in by face or voice within the set location, leave is applied for through the mobile app, the department head or HR approves the attendance and the leave, and tasks are assigned while the senior administrator reviews the analytics.

In government, and in a private business

For a department or a PSU with field staff, contract workers or many small offices, attendance is a fact recorded where the person stood, not a register signed at the end of the week. Leave balances and approvals are on record for the audit.

A factory, a distribution business or a contractor with people on sites across NCR has the same attendance and leave problem and no HR department to run it. Does your monthly pay sheet still start from a register the supervisor keeps?
