Property Tax Management
Calculation, billing and collection of property tax for property owners and municipal administrators.
What it does
Each property on the register gets a demand worked out from its own details, a bill the owner can open on a phone, and a receipt the moment the payment clears. The collection ledger updates itself, so the amount billed, the amount received and the amount outstanding are the same three numbers wherever anyone looks.
Who uses it
The property owner logs in with the house number, checks the bill and pays. The revenue officer and the collection staff watch what has come in, chase what has not, and keep the occupier list current without a paper register.
How it runs
The owner signs in with the house number and a PIN, the bill is generated from the house, owner and rate details on file, the owner picks a payment mode and pays, and the officer reviews the collection record and the transaction history on the other side.
In government, and in a private business
For a municipal body the gain is a single demand register that matches the bank statement, and a citizen who never has to stand in a queue to find out what is owed. Defaulters appear on a list, not in a complaint.
An owner who bills hundreds of tenants, shop units or plot holders every quarter has the same question in a smaller building: who has paid, who has not, and what the receipt says. The same bill, pay and reconcile loop runs there without a municipal rate card behind it.
