Waste Collection Management

What it does

Every property on a route gets a QR code. The collector scans it at the door, records whether the pickup happened, and the household is billed its user charge each cycle. Supervisors see, area by area, which doors were reached, which were missed and who has paid.

Who uses it

Field collectors register properties and scan them on the round. Ward or zone administrators create the collector accounts, assign areas and keep the collection data clean. The senior officer watches collection, payment and jurisdiction figures across the whole body.

How it runs

A property is registered with its QR code, village or ward, type, location and owner. On the round the collector picks the property from the list or scans the code at the gate, logs the collection as done or not done, a bill is raised per household for the cycle, and the officer reviews collection and payment status by area.

In government, and in a private business

For a municipal body or a district, the doorstep scan turns “the van came” into a dated record per property, and the user charge becomes a bill that can be collected rather than a levy that is argued about. Missed streets show on a map, not in the newspaper.

A private facility firm that services gated colonies, a market association or an industrial estate runs the same round with the same doubt about whether it happened. The scan settles it, and the bill follows the scan.
