Deed Generation Management

Streamlines creation and management of land deeds for beneficiaries with door-to-door verification.

What it does

Before a deed can be issued to a beneficiary, the documents have to be collected, checked at the door and checked again in the office. This platform carries the file from the first visit to the finished deed, and then tracks the payment made against it, so that every deed has a verification trail behind it.

Who uses it

Field operators go door to door to collect and verify documents and upload them. The administrator reviews the data, oversees deed creation and keeps the records in order. Management reviews the deed details and tracks whether the payment has been made.

How it runs

The beneficiary submits the land documents through the portal or through an operator, the operator collects, verifies and uploads the details, the administrator checks the data for accuracy, the deed is finalised and generated, and the payment against the deed is disbursed.

In government, and in a private business

For a land or development authority, door-to-door verification is no longer a claim on a tour diary but a record with a date, an operator and a document. The deed register and the payment register agree because they are one register.

Issuing statutory deeds is government work and has no direct owner-run business reading. The nearest private shape is a field verification process, such as a lender or a builder verifying documents at a customer’s address before a handover.
