Disbursement

Land Acquisition & Purchase

Digitises land acquisition end to end, from identification through compensation disbursement to owners.

What it does

Acquiring land for a road, an industrial area or a scheme means hundreds of owners, each with a parcel, a survey result and a compensation amount that must be approved and paid. This platform keeps the project, the parcels and the people together, so that the amount paid to each owner traces back to a survey and an approval.

Who uses it

An initiating officer sets up the project with the land, the notification and the beneficiary details. Approving officers validate each allotment for payment in the order the rules require. The head of the project, typically the district collector, sees every project at once.

How it runs

The project is initiated with its villages, farmers, district and state, surveys and land inspection are carried out and recorded, compensation is calculated and tagged to each beneficiary, approvals are sought up the hierarchy, and payments are disbursed through the bank, then reconciled and reported.

In government, and in a private business

For a district administration or a highway or industrial authority, compensation stops being a ledger reconstructed after the fact and becomes a case file per owner with a payment status. Disputes can be answered with the survey and the approval on screen.

Land acquisition under the statute is a state power and has no owner-run business equivalent. A developer assembling land from many sellers has a similar parcel, price, approval and payment chain, but that is a purchase, not an acquisition.
