EV Subsidy Disbursement
Transparent EV subsidy distribution through dedicated State, Dealer and OEM logins.
What it does
A subsidy on an electric vehicle involves three parties who do not sit in one office: the dealer who sold it, the manufacturer who made it and the state office that pays. This platform gives each its own login and carries the claim from the showroom to the buyer’s account, with every check recorded on the way.
Who uses it
Dealers register each sale, raise the subsidy request and add their own staff. The OEM approves the dealer’s request and forwards the application. The state office reviews what the dealer and the OEM have submitted and releases the subsidy to the buyer.
How it runs
A buyer purchases the vehicle, the dealer registers the sale and raises the subsidy request on the platform, the OEM verifies it and forwards it to the state office, the office checks the dealer and OEM details against the claim, and the approved subsidy is paid to the buyer.
In government, and in a private business
For a transport or industries department the claim arrives already verified by the manufacturer, so the officer checks rather than investigates, and the buyer can see where the money is. Duplicate claims on one chassis number have nowhere to hide.
A manufacturer running its own dealer incentive or exchange scheme has the same three-party check between the dealer, head office and the customer. Does that scheme still run on emails with a spreadsheet at the end?
