What it does

Every hoarding, bus panel or display site an owner controls is listed with its size, location and price. An advertiser browses the inventory, reads what is known about the location, books the site for a period and pays, and the owner approves the booking. The inventory, the orders and the advertisers’ profiles are one record.

Who uses it

The owner’s administrator manages the hoarding inventory, the orders and the advertiser profiles. Advertisers, whether an agency or a business, browse the sites, review the details and book.

How it runs

The administrator creates the inventory with the price, size and location of each site, the advertiser browses and selects a preferred site, reviews the specifications and the rate, confirms the booking and pays, and the administrator reviews and confirms the transaction.

In government, and in a private business

For a municipal body or a transport undertaking that leases advertising space on its land, buses and shelters, every site has a booking history and a rent received against it, and vacant inventory is visible to any advertiser rather than known to a few. The lease register and the receipts agree.
