What it does

Devotees book darshan, pujas and stays, donate online and order prasad from wherever they are, and watch the aarti streamed from the temple. Inside the temple, rituals and puja schedules are planned, staff get their tasks, the stores are tracked, and the trust reads an MIS report of funds, bookings and operations every day.

Who uses it

Devotees, near and far, book, donate, watch and order. The temple administrator manages the rituals, the puja schedules and the inventory. The trust’s senior officer oversees the staff, the donations, the events and the reporting.

How it runs

Devotees register through the app or the website, book darshan, pujas or stays and donate online, staff receive their schedules and the inventory updates, the MIS shows funds, bookings and operations as they happen, and the administrators generate the reports and monitor the running of the temple.

In government, and in a private business

For a temple board or an endowments department, every rupee donated has a receipt and a ledger entry, the darshan queue is managed by slot rather than by crowd, and the stores and the staff roster are records rather than memory. The MIS is what a trustee reads before a meeting.

A private trust, a gurudwara committee or a large private shrine runs the same operations with the same accountability to its donors. The platform does not care who the trustee is.
