What it does

A vehicle is given a slot on arrival, its entry is logged, the platform tracks how long it stays and what the tariff comes to, and the driver pays at exit. Places, floors, tariffs and settings are managed centrally, and the reports show revenue and occupancy for each place and each shift.

Who uses it

Drivers park, see the charges, pay and check whether space is free. The attendant handles check-in and check-out, the slots and the shift reports. The administrator manages the places, the floors, the tariffs and the settings.

How it runs

The attendant assigns a slot when the vehicle arrives, entry is logged by barcode or by entering the details, the platform tracks the duration and the charge, the driver pays the tariff and the attendant logs the exit, and the administrator reviews revenue and performance in the reports.

In government, and in a private business

For a municipal body or an authority that runs or licenses parking lots, the revenue per lot per day is a figure from the system rather than a contractor’s declaration, and the tariff is the same for everyone because the machine applies it. Occupancy tells the planner which lots are full.
